• Rooms are limited to single occupancy.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• Residents must clean up after themselves and help maintain shared spaces.
• No smoking indoors
• No illegal drug use, violence, threats, or disruptive behavior.
• No overnight guests or unauthorized occupants.
• No pets.
• Residents must respect the privacy, property, and personal boundaries of others.

Repeated or serious violations may result in termination of residency in accordance with the lease and applicable law.
